It is located in a very quiet position, 3 kms. away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area.

The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusally big pool for such a small house is situated. It has a salted water filter system, that avoids the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a a childrens’ play area. To one side of the house there is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining.

The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hours’ drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.
