Particulars:

Minimal rental period 7 nights, from Saturday till Saturday. During the low season, other periods might be possible

Included in the rental price: Costs for water, gas, electricity, use of bed-, bath- and kitchen linens on basis of a weekly change, pooltowels, cleaning 2 hours on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, WiFi-internet (in the house)

Not included in the rental price: tourist taxes, final cleaning € 100,00 and heating costs (upon use, € 5,00 per unit), telephone costs, use of a baby bed € 40,00 per week, extra bed € 315,00 per week. These costs to be paid before leaving

Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit has to be paid of € 500,00, plus a deposit for eventual heating costs of € 100,00 per week

Check-in on the day of arrival between 16.00 and 19.00 hrs. Check-out on the day of departure between 08.00 – 10.00 hrs. Upon request and after permission of the owner a later check-in time is possible, i.e. between 19.00 – 21.00 hrs; extra costs € 50,00

The swimming pool (depth 1,50 m) is open from 16/5 till 26/9

Small pets are allowed, provided permission has been asked beforehand and granted by Elisabeth Travel; extra costs € 80,00 per week
