Description:
Casa Castagnara is a comfortable farmhouse with private swimming pool located in a very panoramic position on the hills between Lucca and Camaiore. Its location is ideal for visitors seeking a quiet base from which to explore the region.

There are two comfortable outside dining areas ideal for al fresco dining, one furnished with a built-in BBQ. The owner, who lives on the rear of the property, is an excellent cook who will be happy to prepare lunches or/and dinners for guests during their stay (at extra costs).

The house has been furnished with many comforts such as WiFi, flat screen TV, mosquito nets at all the windows, portable fans, etc. The swimming pool is completely fenced making it the ideal home for families with young children. Furthermore, the top floor of Casa Castagnara has a double bedroom next to a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (with shower) perfect for parents traveling with their kids. The other two double bedroom are on the ground and first floor, both with their en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Particulars:

Minimum rental period 7 nights. The rental period always is from Saturday till Saturday. During the low-season other periods may be possible

Included in the rental price: The usage of bed-, kitchen- and table linens on a basis of a weekly change, final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, babybed (op request) and high chair (on request)

Not included in the rental price: tourist taxes and costs for heating (€ 20,00 per day). On request cleaning service (extra costs). Payment directly on the spot

Pool towels are provided

The swimming pool (12 x 6 m) is in general opened from 1/6 – 28/9. Outside this period, please enquire upon booking if the pool can be opened

Upon arrival, a deposit of € 300,00 is required. In case the accommodation disposes of a telephone with an outgoing line, an extra deposit of € 250,00 is also required. Both amounts to be paid in cash

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50,00 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100,00. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance)

Many villas are situated in rural surroundings, sometimes only to be reached via a so-called "strada bianca", an unpaved road. Please enquire prior to booking if the accommodation of your choice can be reached by car

Dogs are allowed, provided applied for upon booking and permission has been granted by Elisabeth Travel; extra costs € 50,00 per week
