This farmhouse with private swimming pool is located in the Maulina hills, renowned for wine production. The position is ideal for sightseeing all the main Tuscan attractions; not only the walled medieval town of Lucca is 10 minutes away but also the nearest motorway exit is only 6 km away, granting easy access to the nearby towns and attractions.

For sport lovers, there is a tennis club within walking distance to the house and a couple of golf courses a short drive away.

The owners have restored this property thinking about the comforts needed by travellers while furnishing with traditional Tuscan furniture to preserve its original character. Most bedrooms are very specious and the ones on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms. Furthermore, on the ground floor, one of the bedrooms and bathrooms has disabled facilities.

In front of the house there is a large table for al-fresco dining. The swimming pool is gated, hence this property is ideal for families with young children.

When staying here, guests can benefit of the support of the local house manager who can arrange cooking services, cooking classes and give a general assistance to travellers during their vacation.

Please note that Casa Rosa is part of a beautiful estate, where we rent another property (Villa Clara) located on the other side of the estate ; hence the position on the grounds enable guests staying at Casa Rosa to enjoy their privacy.
